Refund policy

Please note the following: 

Please get in touch with us at least 72 hours before your tour to receive a full refund.  Tours will not be cancelled due to inclement weather, such as rain, wind, or snow. Each tour includes an alternative route and location in case of adverse weather.

The photo tour is a service and can not be returned or exchanged.  As stated above, refunds will be processed up to 72 hours before the tour.  

Last-minute cancellations may receive a partial/full refund due to overwhelming circumstances. Please get in touch with us by email.
